We hope that you are delighted with your online course from Synthesis Knowledge Resources LLP in collaboration with ExP Digital Ventures Ltd. If, however, you wish to cancel your booking for any reason please note the following:

Cancellation of your online course

If you wish to cancel your online course you may do so at any time within 7 days of receipt of your log in details for your course. We regret that no refunds can be given if you have accessed your online course and/or start using your study materials. Please email learning@synthesisgroup.in if you would like to cancel your course. If your cancellation request satisfies our criteria for a refund (namely that you request a refund within 7 days of receiving your login details and you haven’t accessed your online course and/or started using your study materials) we will issue a refund of the course fee and terminate your online enrolment.
